AFT Michigan : Celebrating 75 Years

Member Voices

The past and the present are inextricably linked. In the past we fought for protections like tenure and good retirement benefits, and today we fight to keep those gains. This section of the 75th Anniversary webpage is devoted to the here and now. We will pose questions about current issues and we ask that you take a minute to give us your opinion.

What do you think?
Is teacher tenure still important? Why?
